You could say that Lynn Boutin was born to develop one of the best Cajun restaurants in Louisiana. Growing up in Breaux Bridge, a member of a big family, he acquired a knowledge and appreciation for good food cooked the Cajun way, with fresh ingredients and a tasty blend of spices.

Lynn Boutin started his career in 1982 and helped develop and manage several well-known Cajun restaurants in Baton Rouge, New Orleans and Lafayette. Lynn was learning his craft and laying the groundwork for his dream, to open his own Cajun restaurant, where good food and good times are the main ingredients.

In October of 2001 Lynn Boutin opened his restaurant in Baton Rouge. He brings his genuine love of good food, music and people to his restaurant. It's something he was born to do.

Boutin's, with owner Lynn Boutin and kitchen manager, William Raziano, has become in a short-period, known for its delicious food, its good, Cajun music, and its joie de vie'. If you want a good time, it's Boutinšs.
