Lynn Boutin
You could say that Lynn Boutin was born to develop one of the best Cajun restaurants in Louisiana. Growing up in Breaux Bridge, a member of a big family, he acquired a knowledge and appreciation for good food cooked the Cajun way, with fresh ingredients and a tasty blend of spices.
Lynn Boutin started his career in 1982 and helped develop and manage several well-known Cajun restaurants in Baton Rouge, New Orleans and Lafayette. Lynn was learning his craft and laying the groundwork for his dream, to open his own Cajun restaurant, where good food and good times are the main ingredients. |
